• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If you are returning an item for any other reason, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
